摘　　要：目的了解泰安市猩红热流行特征,为制定科学有效的防控措施提供依据。方法运用描述流行病学方法,对国家传染病报告信息管理系统中2008~2019泰安市猩红热报告发病资料进行分析。结果2008~2019年泰安市累计报告猩红热病例5130例,年均发病率为7.62/10万,不同年份发病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。报告发病率居前3位的县(市、区)为宁阳县、泰山区、岱岳区,不同地区发病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。发病呈明显季节性,3~6月和11月至次年1月为发病高峰,分别占报告发病总数的39.95%、33.45%。男性发病率(9.45/10万)高于女性(5.78/10万)(P<0.01)。发病年龄以15岁以下儿童为主,尤其以3~8岁高发。职业以幼托儿童、学生和散居儿童为主,占报告发病总数的98.89%。结论2008~2019年泰安市猩红热发病率整体呈上升趋势。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of scarlet fever in Taian city,so as to provide scientific basis for developing the effective control and prevention measures.Methods The data of scarlet fever from the National Disease Surveillance Information System in Taian city during 2008-2019 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method.Results A total of 5130 cases were reported in Taian city during 2008-2019,with the average annual incidence of 7.62/10~5.The incidence varied in different years with statistically significant difference(P<0.01).The top 3 counties of the highest number of cases were Ning-yang district,Tai-shan district and Dai-yue district,the incidence varied in different areas with statistically significant difference(P<0.01).There was obvious seasonality in the incidence,with 2 peaks in November-next January and March-June,accounting for 39.95%and 34.45%,respectively.The incidence of male(9.45/10~5)was higher than that of female(5.78/10~5)(P<0.01).The cases were mainly distributed in children aged under 15 years old,especially those aged 3-8 years.The kindergarten children,scattered children and students were the main population of cases,accounted for 98.89%of the total cases.Conclusion The incidence of scarlet fever shows an overall increase trend during 2008-2019 in Taian city.
