摘　　要：外科治疗是炎症性肠病多学科治疗中的重要组成部分。本共识基于循证医学依据,采用Delphi方法制定,在克罗恩病(CD)、肛周CD和溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的外科治疗方面达成初步共识意见,以期为临床工作提供指导。Surgical treatment is an important part in the multidisciplinary management of inflammatory bowel disease.Based on evidence-based medicine and employing Delphi technique,this consensus reached a preliminary consensus opinions on the surgical treatment for Crohn′s disease,perianal Crohn′s disease and ulcerative colitis,in order to provide guidance for clinical practice.
