摘 要:悬索桥猫道牵引系统施工,主要是进行牵引索的架设。传统先导索架设方法主要有水下牵引法、水面牵引法、拖船空中牵引法、火箭抛射法、直升机牵引法及飞艇牵引法等,但均存在费用大、对地形气候水文条件要求高、安全风险大、施工许可手续繁琐等不利因素。结合棋盘洲长江公路大桥工程实际并借鉴以往成功经验,提出采用工业级无人机在不封航的情况下牵引先导索跨越长江架设猫道牵引系统的施工方法。实践证明,该方法在进度、效益、安全、环保方面效果良好,可为类似工程的施工提供参考。The construction of catwalk traction system is mainly about the erection of traction cables.Traditional suspension bridge leading cable erection method is mainly for underwater traction method,the water surface traction method,air tugboat traction method,the rocket projectile method,the helicopter traction method,the airship traction method and so on,but there are unfavorable factors such as high cost,high requirements for topographic,climatic and hydrological conditions,high safety risks,and complicated construction permit procedures.Based on the actual construction of Qipanzhou Yangtze River Highway Bridge and the previous successful experience,the construction method of setting up catway traction system across the Yangtze River is proposed by using industrial-grade unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)pilot cable without sealing the navigation.Practice has proved that the method has good effects in progress,benefits,safety and environmental protection,which can provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
