摘  要:气象服务产品通过短信、大屏、大喇叭等多种渠道发布,而且同一发布渠道也有不同生产厂家的设备。为解决发布气象服务产品通用性和高并发问题,提出气象服务产品发布服务器的设计思想,设计了气象发布服务器的总体架构和气象服务产品发布标准化流程,定义标准化气象服务发布应用编程接口,提出气象服务产品智慧发布模型和气象服务产品发布动态调度模型,研发气象发布服务器中间件。基于该中间件所建立的气象服务发布业务系统能够显著提高气象服务产品发布效率与发布可靠性,明显增强产品发布部门和服务对象的用户体验。Meteorological service products are published through various approaches,which include SMS,large screens,loudspeakers and so on.Meanwhile,the same publishing approaches also have equipment from different manufacturers.ln order to solve the problem of generality and high concurrency of meteorological service products,the design idea of meteorological service product publishing server is put forward,the general structure of meteorological service publishing server and the standardized process of meteorological service product publishing are designed,the standardized applica-tion programming interface of meteorological service publishing is defined,the intelligent publishing model of service product and dynamic scheduling model of meteorological service product publishing are put forward,the middleware of meteorological publishing server have been invented.The meteorological service publishing business system based on the middleware can significantly improves the publishing efficiency and reliability of meteorological service products,obvi-ously enhance the user experience of product publishing departments and service objects.
