摘 要:首先简要介绍了目前钢桥面主流铺装技术的种类及各自特点,并针对荆岳大桥出现的坑槽、裂缝等病害,分析得出热拌环氧沥青混凝土适合作为该桥面养护的铺装材料。通过实验发现,热拌环氧沥青混凝土高温性能优异,抗水损能力好并且早期强度高,3天即可开放交通。在施工工艺方面,提出加护边坡措施,达到边部碾压充实。最后从平整度、抗滑性能、抗渗性能三方面对养护路段进行检测,结果表明,热拌环氧沥青混凝土铺装养护层平整度好、抗滑、防水能力强,方案可行。This paper first briefly introduces the types and characteristics of the current mainstream pavement technology of steel bridge deck.According to the potholes,cracks and other diseases of Jingyue Bridge,it is concluded that the hot-mixed epoxy asphalt concrete is suitable as the pavement material for the maintenance of the bridge deck.Through the experiment,it is found that the hot-mixed epoxy asphalt concrete has excellent high temperature performance,good resistance to water damage and high early strength,and can open the traffic within 3 days.In terms of construction technology,the slope protection measures are put forward to achieve the edge compaction.Finally,the maintenance section is tested from three aspects:flatness,anti-skid performance and anti-seepage performance.The results show that the pavement curing layer of hot-mixed epoxy asphalt concrete has good flatness,anti-skid performance and waterproof ability,and the scheme is feasible.
