摘　　要：该文分析了汽车玻璃原片生产过程中产生表面划伤的原因和过程,改进了相应设备的结构和增加收尘除屑功能,避免生产过程中产生的玻璃碎屑和尘粒污染设备,造成玻璃表面的划伤。This paper analyzed the cause of surface scratches on the automotive glass sheet during the production process.The author made improvement on relevant equipment structure and added dust collection and debris removal device,so as to prevent the equipment contamination by glass debris and dust particles generated during the production process which caused scratches on the glass surface.
