摘  要:为提高液晶玻璃基板的应力品质,该文基于溢流法生产中应力对策的思路,结合生产实际,分析了玻璃基板应力的主要来源,并通过实验验证了厚薄差、Bow形以及A-Bow形态的一致性对应力的影响,提出了生产中应力调整的主要方法。结果表明:在优先控制厚薄差的前提下,Bow形呈A-Bow形态,且光滑平整时,再辅以合理的温度梯度,可有效降低应力。Aimed at improving the stress quality of liquid crystal glass substrate,this paper analyzed the main sources of stress on the glass substrate based on the stress countermeasures in overflow method production and the actual production process.Through experiments,the author verified the influence of thickness difference,consistency of Bow shape and A-Bow shape on the stress level,and proposed the major method for adjusting stress in the production process.The results showed that when priority is given to the control of thickness difference,and the Bow shape is in A-Bow shape in a smooth and flat manner,stress on glass substrate can be effectively reduced under the condition of reasonable gradient of temperature.
