摘 要:对易加工茂金属聚乙烯EZP 2005 HH的流变性能进行了研究,并考察了吹膜过程中挤出温度、吹胀比、挤出速率对EZP 2005 HH薄膜力学性能和光学性能的影响。结果表明:随着挤出温度的升高,EZP 2005 HH薄膜雾度下降,而薄膜拉伸强度及落镖冲击强度均先增大后减小,200℃时均达到最大值;随着吹胀比的增加,EZP 2005 HH薄膜拉伸强度和落镖冲击强度均增加,雾度下降;随着挤出速率的增加,EZP 2005 HH薄膜拉伸强度变化不大,雾度下降,当挤出速率超过25 r/min时,落镖冲击强度明显增加。综合加工表现和力学、光学性能,EZP 2005 HH吹膜最佳工艺条件为:挤出温度190~210℃,吹胀比2.0~3.0,挤出速率25~40 r/min。The rheological properties of metallocene polyethylene EZP 2005 HH was studied,and the effects of extrusion temperature,blowing ratio and extrusion rate on the mechanical properties and optical performance of EZP 2005 HH film were investigated.The results showed that with the increase of extrusion temperature,the haze of EZP 2005 HH film decreased,the tensile and falling dart impact strength increased first then decreased,its mechanical performance to achieve the maximum when extrusion temperature was 200℃;with the increase of blowing ratio,tensile strength and falling dart impact strength of EZP 2005 HH film increased,the haze declined;with the increase of extrusion rate,tensile strength of EZP 2005 HH film changed little,haze decreased,when extrusion rate was above 25 r/min,falling dart impact strength increased significantly.After comprehensively considering processing performance and mechanical,optical properties,the optimum technological conditions of blowing EZP 2005 HH film was extrusion temperature 190-210℃,blowing ratio 2.0-3.0,extrusion rate 25-40 r/min.
