摘  要:在中国石油兰州化工研究中心Spheripol(双环管)工艺中试装置上,采用氢调法和CS-1催化剂进行了高刚性薄壁注塑聚丙烯树脂H 9068的开发,并在中国石油兰州石化公司11万t/a聚丙烯装置上进行了工业试生产。结果表明:H 9068中试产品性能受到催化剂、等规指数及氢气浓度的影响;H 9068工业试产品的熔体流动速率大于9.0 g/min,弯曲模量不小于1600 MPa,简支梁冲击强度高于2.1 kJ/m^2。The high rigidity thin-wall injection polypropylene resin H 9068 was developed by hydrogen regulating method and CS-1 catalyst in the Spheripol(double loop pipe)process pilot plant in Lanzhou Chemical Research Center,PetroChina,and its industrial trial production was carried out in the 110 kt/a polypropylene plant in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company,PetroChina.The results showed that the performance of H 9068 pilot product was affected by catalyst,isotactic index and hydrogen concentration;melt flow index of H 9068 industrial trial product was more than 9 g/min,the bending modulus of elasticity was not less than 1600 MPa,and the impact strength of simply supported beam was higher than 2.1 kJ/m^2.
