摘  要:针对中国石油云南石化有限公司1.4 Mt/a航空煤油加氢装置产品水分离指数(MSEP)波动的现象,分析了原料及产品碱性氮含量、抗静电剂加入量、脱硫罐投用情况、缓蚀剂种类等因素对产品MSEP的影响,并采取了应对措施。结果表明:在加工含氮量较高的原油时,将反应温度从265℃升高至280℃,控制航空煤油(简称航煤)产品含碱性氮量小于1μg/g,抗静电剂加入量为0.55 g/mL,航煤产品MSEP均大于80;投用脱硫罐可使航煤产品的MSEP增加14~18个单位;使用水溶性缓蚀剂,航煤产品的MSEP稳定在90以上。Aming to solve the kerosene water separation index(MSEP)fluctuation phenomena in the 1.4 million t/a Kerosene Hydrotreating unit of Yunnan Petrochemical Co Ltd,PetroChina,factors such as the contents of alkinitrogen compounds in feed and product,anti-static additive addition amount,desulfurizer tank′s operation status,corrosion inhibitor types etc were analyzed and countermeasures were taken.The results showed that when processing feed with high nitrogen content,by increasing reaction temperature from 265℃to 280℃,maintaining alkinitrogen compounds′content less than 1μg/g and anti-static additive addition of 0.55 g/mL,the aviation kerosene′s MSEP were all above 80;the application of desulfurizer tank could increase aviation kerosene products′MSEP by 14-18 units;By using water soluble corrosion inhibitor,the aviation kerosene′s MSEP could be stabilized at above 90.
