摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备烯肟菌胺为模板分子的印迹聚合物,研究了烯肟菌胺与交联剂的摩尔比、酸的添加量、反应温度对MIP的成胶质量、成胶时间及吸附性能的影响。通过吸附动力学实验和静态吸附实验结合高效液相色谱法考察了MIP的吸附性能,特异性吸附实验结果证明了MIP的选择吸附性。溶胶-凝胶的制备过程中,烯肟菌胺与钛酸丁酯摩尔比为1∶15,酸量为1.5 mL,反应温度为45℃时,制得的烯肟菌胺分子印迹聚合物的吸附性能最佳。实验结果表明制备的MIP具有较好的吸附性能和较高的特异选择性。The molecular imprinted polymers were prepared by sol-gel method with fenaminstrobin as templates. The effect of the molar ratio of fenaminstrobin to crosslinker, the amount of acid and reaction temperature on the gelation quality, gelation time and adsorption properties of MIP was studied. The adsorption properties of MIP were investigated by adsorption kinetics and static adsorption experiments combined with LC-MS/MS, the selective adsorption of MIP was verified by specific adsorption experiments. In the preparation process, the adsorption performance of the MIP was the best when the molar ratio of fenaminstrobin to butyl titanate was 1∶15, the acid amount was 1.5 mL and the reaction temperature was 45 ℃. The experimental results showed that the MIP had good adsorption performance and high specific selectivity.
