摘 要:炔醛法BDO生产工艺中影响电石消耗的因素很多,直接影响主要有造成电石反应不完全的电石粒度、水比、搅拌电流等;间接影响有炔化反应不完全、炔化反应尾气放空、加氢反应不完全、精馏单元轻重组分外排过多等。通过将化工理论知识与生产实践相结合,针对年产5万t改良的炔醛法工艺生产实际中对电石消耗影响较大的三处进行数据对比,得出实际生产中电石反应水比的最佳控制范围为0.9~1.1,炔化反应尾气放空量最佳控制范围280~320m^3·h^-1,残液排量的最佳控制范围0.39~0.48 t·h^-1,将电石消耗降到最低。There are many factors affecting the consumption of calcium carbide in the BDO production process by alkynaldehyde method, the direct factors mainly include the calcium carbide particle size, water ratio, stirring current, etc., which cause incomplete calcium carbide reaction;the indirect factors include incomplete acetylene reaction, acetylene reaction tail gas venting, and incomplete hydrogen reaction, excessive discharge of light and heavy components from the distillation unit, etc. In this paper, through the combination of chemical theory knowledge and production practice, the data comparison of three places having a greater impact on the consumption of calcium carbide in the actual production of improved 50 kt·a^-1 acetylene aldehyde process, suitable process conditions were determined as follows: the water ratio 0.9~1.1, tail gas venting 280~320 m^3·h^-1, residual liquid displacement 0.39~0.48 t·h^-1.
