奥运备战视域下科技助力竞技体育发展的研究

摘　　要：体育是民族强盛的标志、社会文明进步的象征,新时代我国体育事业发展要加快推进体育强国建设,科技元素在建设中发挥重要的角色和作用。主要探讨科技助力我国竞技体育发展的思路、主要路径和保障措施。科技助力竞技体育发展的思路是以目标任务、科技驱动、改革创新为主导;发展路径主要有构建多元融合的竞技体育训练体系,打造高水平科学化复合型训练和服务保障团队、加强训练队伍及科技人员业务能力、搭建竞技体育科技创新平台,提升冬奥项目科技助力水平;保障措施主要有加强组织领导,完善体制机制;加大科技投入,拓宽投入渠道;加强人才保障,完善激励机制;突出优势项目,促进可持续发展。Sport is the symbol of national prosperity and social civilization progress.In the new era,the development of sports in China aims at accelerating the construction of sports power,where scientific and technological elements play an important role.This study mainly discusses the roadmap,main paths and guarantee measures of science and technology promoting competitive sports development in China.The roadmap of science and technology promoting competitive sports development is to take the goal and task,the driving force of science and technology,the reform and innovation as the leading role.The development paths mainly include establishing a diversified and integrated competitive sports training system,building a high-level,scientific and interdisciplinary training and service guarantee team,improving the expertise of the training team and scientific and technological personnel,building a platform for scientific and technological innovation of competitive sports,and improving the level of scientific and technological support for Winter Olympic sports.The main guarantee measures are strengthening the organization and leadership,improving the system and mechanism;increasing the investment in science and technology,broadening the investment channels;strengthening the personnel guarantee,improving the incentive mechanism;highlighting the advantageous sports,promoting the sustainable development.
