贸易争端背景下中国猪肉产品进出口格局变化及其应对策略

摘　　要：2019年5月美国将中国价值2000亿美元输美商品的进口关税从10%上调至25%,一度休战的中美贸易冲突再度爆发,贸易政策的变动将对中国猪肉产品进出口格局产生重要影响。文章分析了中美贸易争端对中国猪肉产品进出口贸易的影响,提出了对生猪生产进行综合扶持,提高本土产品市场竞争力,加强与新兴猪肉主产国合作,推动进口来源多元化,增强猪肉产品风险管控能力和贸易调控能力,提高产业安全水平等建议。In May 2019,the United States raised the import tariff of China′s$200 billion worth of goods exported to the United States from 10%to 25%.Once a truce between China and the United States broke out again.The change of trade policy has an im⁃portant impact on the import and export pattern of China′s pork products.This paper analyzes the impact of Sino US trade disputes on the import and export trade of pork products in China,and puts forward some suggestions,such as comprehensive support for pig production,improvement of market competitiveness of local products,strengthening cooperation with emerging major pork produc⁃ing countries,promoting diversification of import sources,enhancing the ability of risk control and trade regulation of pork prod⁃ucts,and improving the level of industrial safety.
