银质针治疗瘀血型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对银质针治疗瘀血型腰椎间盘突出症进行临床疗效观察,评估其临床疗效。方法:选择2018年1月1日~10月31日期间广东省第二中医院针灸康复科门诊及住院部符合本研究要求的瘀血型腰椎间盘突出症患者60例,运用随机对照的方法,按简单随机化原则随机分为试验组和对照组各30例。试验组采用银质针疗法,对照组采用毫针+温针灸的治疗方法。分别在治疗前后用VAS评分量表、JOA腰痛评分对患者进行评分,并评估银质针疗法治疗瘀血型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。结果:两组总有效率差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的JOA、VAS评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.01),且试验组治疗后的JOA、VAS评分、差值优于对照组(P<0.05);两组复发率比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:银质针及毫针针刺治疗皆能缓解瘀血型腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床症状,改善患者的生活质量,但选用银质针的临床疗效更显著,且复发率低,远期疗效显著,值得在临床推广使用。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of silver needle in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation of blood stasis type. Methods: From January 1~ October 31,2018,60 patients with blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation were selected from the outpatient and inpatient department of acupuncture and moxibustion rehabilitation department of Guangdong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital to meet the requirements of this study.Using the method of randomized control, 60 subjects were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group according to the principle of simple randomization, with 30 cases in each group. The experimental group used silver needle + warm acupuncture treatment while the control group used acupuncture + warm acupuncture treatment. Patients were scored on the VAS score scale and JOA low back pain score before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacy of silver needle in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation of blood stasis type was evaluated. Results: Difference in total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The JOA、VAS score of the two groups was better than that before treatment(P<0.01), and the JOA、VAS score and difference of the test group after treatment were better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion: Both silver needle and needle acupuncture can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation of blood stasis type and improve their quality of life. However, the clinical efficacy of silver needle is more significant, and the recurrence rate is low,the long-term efficacy is significant. It is worth promoting in clinical use.
