摘  要:为解决加氢改质装置负荷低、焦化汽柴油加工流程长、加工费用高的问题,中国石油天然气股份有限公司锦州石化分公司通过技术改造将焦化汽柴油并入加氢改质装置加工。加氢改质装置新增焦化汽柴油过滤器和脱丁烷塔塔顶水冷器,并调整了催化剂装填方案和生产方案。加氢改质装置掺炼焦化汽柴油后,反应一床层温升增加近一倍,各产品性质均有向好趋势,循环氢纯度有所下降,铵盐结盐点前移,装置结盐腐蚀风险增大,但总体运行稳定。通过分析掺炼前后运行条件和产品性质,提出加氢改质装置掺炼焦化汽柴油的可行性、存在问题及解决措施,探索出新的焦化汽柴油加工路线。In order to solve low load,long coking gasoline and diesel processing procedure and high processing cost of hydro-upgrading unit,PetroChina Jinzhou Petrochemical Company incorporates the coking gasoline and diesel into hydro-upgrading unit through technical transformation.To adapt to the blending of coking gasoline and diesel of the hydro-upgrading unit,a filter for coking gasoline and diesel and a water cooler on the top of debutanizer are added,and the scheme of catalyst loading and production are adjusted.After blending coking gasoline and diesel,the increase of reaction temperature nearly doubled,and the properties of the products had the trend of improvement.The reaction was intense,the purity of recycle hydrogen decreased,the salt forming point of ammonium salt moved forward,and the risk of salt forming corrosion increased,but the overall operation of the unit was stable.In this paper,the feasibility,existing problems and solutions of blending coking gasoline and diesel in hydro-upgrading unit is proposed by the comparative analysis of the operation conditions and product properties before and after blending,and a new processing route of coking gasoline and diesel is explored to provide reference for peers.
