摘  要:G炼油厂拥有润滑油系统、燃料油系统2套独立的工艺流程。在G炼油厂不具备大规模改造可能的前提下,采购满足加工要求且效益最大化的原油。通过建立工业模型系统(PIMS)对原油优选、库存管理、产品结构进行全流程优化测算,根据炼油厂的实际加工能力,在原油实际装货量和测算结果的匹配基础上,对原油中的硫含量、酸含量、盐含量、减压渣油的金属含量、石蜡基原油的采购数量和API°等参数进行调整,完善出一套实用的测算模型和测算方案。该方案可生产高附加值产品,并降低原油的采购成本。以某月采购的中东巴士拉和科威特原油为例,同一时间点上集中采购统一运输的方式大大降低了物流成本,中东航线可以节省运费成本0.7美元/桶,西非航线可以节省运费成本1.5美元/桶。G Refinery is located in a super large city and has two independent technological processes of lubricating oil system and fuel oil system.Under the premise of not having the possibility of large-scale transformation,the crude oil that meets the processing requirements and maximizes the benefits is purchased.Through establishing PIMS model,the whole process optimization calculation of crude oil optimization,inventory management and product structure was carried out.Based on the actual processing capacity of the refinery,the parameters such as sulfur content,acid content,salt content,metal content of vacuum residue,purchase quantity and API°of paraffin based crude oil were adjusted according to the matching of the loading volume of crude oil and calculate result.A set of practical calculation model and scheme were complete.The scheme can produce high value-added products and reduce the purchase cost of crude oil.Taking Basra and Kuwait crude oil purchased in the Middle East in month X as an example,centralized procurement and unified transportation at the same time greatly reduced the logistics cost.The middle east route saved 0.7 dollar/barrel of freight cost,and the west Africa route saved 1.5 dollar/barrel of freight cost.
