摘　　要：新中国成立以来,特别是改革开放40多年来,河北钢铁产业经历了由小变大、由弱变强的发展历程;既曾经历过产业发展的巅峰时期,也遇到过发展的低谷。随着河北经济发展与全国一道进入新阶段、开启新征程,有必要对以往发展历程进行回顾,以史为鉴,走好未来发展之路。本文从产业组织形态这一视角入手,对新中国成立至今70年河北钢铁产业发展历程及产业组织形态变化进行分析,可以发现河北钢铁产业组织形态变化既有行业共性,也有地域特征。随着新一轮兼并重组浪潮的启动,河北钢铁产业如何顺势而为,在兼并重组中实现去产能、调结构、优布局的多重目标,本文在深入分析过程中提出了政策建议。Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,especially more than 40 years of reform and opening up,the iron and steel industry in Hebei has experienced the development process from small to large,from weak to strong;it has experienced the peak period of industrial development,but also encountered the low develop⁃ment.With the economic development of Hebei Province entering a new stage and starting a new journey together with the whole country,it is necessary to review the past development process and take history as a mirror to take a good road of future development.From the perspective of industrial organization form,this paper analyzes the devel⁃opment process of Hebei Iron and steel industry and the change of industrial organization form in the past 70 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China.It can be found that the change of Hebei iron and steel indus⁃try organization form has both industry generality and regional characteristics.With the start of a new round of merg⁃er and reorganization wave,how can Hebei iron and steel industry follow the trend and achieve multiple objectives of de capacity,structural adjustment and optimal layout in the process of merger and reorganization,this paper gives policy suggestions in the process of in-depth analysis.
