摘  要:介绍某巨型水电厂针对推力轴承运行时瓦温偏高的问题,通过改变推力轴承支柱的接触型面、在瓦间增设隔油装置等措施,使4号发电机在相同负荷下的推力瓦温平均降低了4.5℃,瓦温最高降幅达6.9℃,达到了预期效果。该类处理措施对推力轴承运行时瓦温偏高的各水电厂具有良好的参考和借鉴价值。To solve the problem of high temperature of thrust bearing pad during operation in a giant hydropower plant,the plane support of thrust bearing was replaced by spherical support,and oil baffle was added between the thrust pads.The average temperature of thrust bearing pad of No.4 generator under the same load was reduced by 4.5℃,and the maximum temperature of pad was reduced by 6.9℃.The expected effect was achieved.The effective reduction of the temperature of the thrust bearing pad ensures the safe and reliable operation of the thrust bearing and the unit,and brings remarkable safety and economic benefits.This kind of treatment measures have good reference value for hydropower plants with high temperature of thrust bearing pad.
