摘  要:本文分析了TBB-800-2EY3型静止励磁汽轮发电机组产生轴电压的机理,经过计算与试验在传统的RC无源回路上进行了改进,组成R-C-R无源降低轴电压装置,能更有效地降低轴电压和大幅度降低轴电流。这一装置于2001年六月中旬在国华绥中发电有限责任公司的1,2号汽轮发电机组上投入运行,迄今已安全可靠运行18年多,期间,轴电压和轴电流一直稳定在正常数值范围。文中推荐容许的轴电压、容许的轴电流密度,并结合实践提出了降低轴电压的综合措施。This paper analyzes the mechanism of the shaft voltage generated by the TBB-800-2EY3 static excitation turbo generator set which has been improved on the traditional RC passive circuit through calculation and test.The R-C-R passive reduction shaft voltage device can effectively reduce the shaft voltage and greatly reduce the shaft current amplitude.The unit was put into operation on the 1st and 2nd generator sets of Guohua Suizhong Power Generation Co.,Ltd.in mid-June 2001 and has been safely and reliably operated for more than 18 years,during which the shaft voltage and shaft current have been stable at normal values.This paper recommends the shaft voltage values allowed by the turbine generator set,the allowable shaft current density,and a comprehensive measure proposed in combination with practice to reduce the shaft voltage.
