摘  要:【目的】揭示杜仲对低温胁迫的生理响应机制并评价不同杜仲无性系的抗寒能力。【方法】以20个杜仲无性系1年生休眠枝为试验材料,进行0、-10、-15、-25、-30和-40℃的人工低温处理,研究低温胁迫对不同无性系花芽的生理响应,采用隶属函数综合评价20个杜仲无性系的抗寒性。【结果】游离脯氨酸随处理温度的降低呈“升-降-升”或“升-降-升-降”的变化趋势,可溶性蛋白含量随处理温度的降低呈“升-降-升”或“降-升-降-升”的变化趋势,SOD酶活性随处理温度的降低呈“升-降-升”或“降-升-降-升”的变化趋势,POD酶活性随处理温度的降低呈“升-降-升-降”或“降-升-降”的变化趋势,CAT酶活性随处理温度的降低呈“升-降-升-降”或“降-升-降-升”的变化趋势。用隶属函数法对20个杜仲无性系的抗寒性综合评价,抗寒性为‘10493C’>‘10586C’>‘10480C’>‘10115C’>‘10046C’>‘10475C’>‘10044C’>‘10408C’>‘10472C’>‘10508C’>‘10267C’>‘10428C’>‘10012C’>‘10043C’>‘10527C’>‘10407C’>‘10476C’>‘10013C’>‘10526C’>‘10409C’。聚类分析将20种杜仲无性系耐受低温胁迫能力划分为3类,其中‘10493C’和‘10115C’耐受性较强,‘10586C’‘10475C’‘10044C’‘10267C’‘10043C’耐受性中等,其他13个杜仲无性系耐受性较弱。【结论】‘10493C’和‘10115C’可供将来在寒冷地区引种中参考使用。【Objective】In order to reveal the physiological response mechanism of Eucommia ulmoides to low temperature stress and evaluate the cold resistance of different Eucommia ulmoides clones.【Method】20 one-year dormant branches of Eucommia ulmoides were adopted as experimental materials and were subjected under artificial low temperature at 0°C,-10°C,-15°C,-25°C,-30°C and-40°C to study the physiological response of low temperature stress to flower bud of different clones.Comprehensive evaluation on cold tolerance of the 20 Eucommia ulmoides clones was conducted using membership function.【Result】The content of proline shows a trend of“increase-decrease-increase”or“increase-decrease-increase-decrease”;the content of soluble protein indicates a trend of“increase-decrease-increase”or“decrease-increase-decrease-increase”;SOD activity points a trend of“increase-decrease-increase”or“decrease-increase-decrease-increase”;POD activity displays a trend of“increase-decrease-increase-decrease”or“decrease-increasedecrease”;CAT activity manifests a trend of“increase-decrease-increase-decrease”or“decrease-increase-decrease-increase”.Cold tolerance of twenty Eucommia ulmoides clones is comprehensively evaluated using membership function,and its order is‘10493C’>‘10586C’>‘10480C’>‘10115C’>‘10046C’>‘10475C’>‘10044C’>‘10408C’>‘10472C’>‘10508C’>‘10267C’>‘10428C’>‘10012C’>‘10043C’>‘10527C’>‘10407C’>‘10476C’>‘10013C’>‘10526C’>‘10409C’.The tolerance of 20 Eucommia ulmoides clones to low temperature stress is divided into three categories by cluster analysis,among which‘10493C’and‘10115C’is stronger than that of‘10586C’,‘10475C’,‘10044C’,‘10267C’and‘10043C’,while the rest 13 Eucommia ulmoides’clones is weaker.【Conclusion】‘10493C’and‘10115C’can be used for reference in the cold areas introduction in the future.
