摘 要:为了提高电机转子磁钢粘接的合格率和效率,在对无刷伺服电机转子结构和关键参数分析的基础上,设计了一种无刷伺服电机转子磁钢自动化粘接设备。该装置主要由工作台、产品上料区、成品区、搬运机器人、自动装配机构、自动涂胶机构、电气柜等构成。经工艺验证,该设备的成功运用,解决了此前转子磁钢粘接合格率较低的瓶颈,大幅提高了电机生产效率。In order to improve the qualification rate and efficiency of motor rotor magnet bonding,based on the analysis of the structure and key parameters of the brushless servo motor rotor,a brushless servo motor rotor magnet automatic bonding equipment was devised.The device is mainly composed of a workbench,a product feeding area,a finished product area,a handling robot,an automatic assembly mechanism,an automatic gluing mechanism,and an electrical cabinet.After process verification,the successful use of this equipment has solved the previous bottleneck of the low qualification rate of rotor magnet bonding,and greatly improved the production efficiency of the motor.
