银芩口服液的抗炎解热作用及对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘  要:目的:研究银芩口服液抗炎、解热作用及对小鼠免疫系统的影响。方法:建立二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、鸡蛋清致小鼠足趾肿胀抗炎、大肠埃希菌内毒素致家兔发热和环磷酰胺致小鼠免疫低下模型。观察银芩口服液的抗炎、解热作用及对免疫低下小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬活性及血清溶血素的影响。结果:银芩口服液在2.5 g/kg、5.0 g/kg剂量下能显著减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀和鸡蛋清致小鼠足趾肿胀,并降低发热家兔体温(持续12 h)。同时银芩口服液还能提高小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬活性,促进溶血素生成(P<0.01)。结论:银芩口服液具有良好的抗急性炎症、解热作用,且能提高小鼠免疫功能。Objective:To research the anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects of Yinqin oral liquid and its effects on immune function of mice.Methods:Models of xylene-induced ear swelling in mice,egg white-induced toe swelling in mice,Escherichia coli endotoxininduced fever in rabbits,and cyclophosphamide-induced immunodeficiency in mice were established.The anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects of Yinqin oral liquid and its effects on the phagocytic activity of macrophages and serum hemolysin in immunocompromised mice were observed.Results:Yinqin oral liquid of 2.5 g/kg and 5.0 g/kg can significantly reduce xylene-induced ear swelling in mice and egg white-induced toe swelling in mice,and decrease the body temperature of rabbits with fever(for 12 h).Meanwhile,Yinqin oral liquid can increase the phagocytic activity of macrophages and promote the production of hemolysin(P<0.01).Conclusion:Yinqin oral liquid has significant anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects,and can improve the immune function of mice.
