心电检查在社区老年人普查中的临床价值探析

摘　　要：目的:探讨心电检查在社区老年人普查中的临床价值。方法:选取2018年10月-2019年10月参与健康普查的社区老年人100例,均给予心电检查,观察检查结果。结果:86~95岁ST段下移、心房纤颤、T波低平、其他异常检出率及总检出率高于76~85岁、高于65~75岁,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有患者心电图异常检出率为34%。男性ST段下移、心房纤颤、T波低平、其他异常检出率及总检出率均高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心电检查有助于检出社区老年人心血管疾病,确保能够早发现早治疗,临床应将其应用到健康普查中,对老年人的健康负责。Objective:To explore the clinical value of ECG examination in the general survey of the elderly in the community.Methods:From October 2018 to October 2019,100 elderly people in the community who participated in the health survey were selected and examined by ECG,the results were observed.Results:The ST segment downward shift,atrial fibrillation,T wave low and flat,other abnormal detection rate and total detection rate in 86~95 years old were higher than those in 76~85 years old and higher than 65~75 years old,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of abnormal ECG in all patients was 34%.The detection rate of ST segment depression,atrial fibrillation,low and flat T wave and other abnormalities and the total detection rate in males were significantly higher than those in females,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:ECG examination is helpful to detect the cardiovascular disease of elderly in the community and ensure early detection and early treatment.It should be applied to the health survey and be responsible for the health of the elderly.
