摘　　要：心脏移植手术是终末期心脏病的重要治疗手段,患者由于心源性休克,常合并多器官功能低下,术中血流动力学的维持和各器官系统功能的保护对于麻醉医师是一个挑战,初学者往往由于缺乏临床经验而学习曲线较长。南京医科大学第一附属医院是一所三级甲等教学型医院,每年开展近20例心脏移植手术。针对麻醉专业规范化培训的住院医师及专科医师,结合近年来在心血管麻醉亚专业带教体会,从心脏移植手术麻醉的麻醉前评估和准备、麻醉中监测、围术期管理等方面进行总结和分析,探讨麻醉教学的新模式,促进麻醉专科医师综合能力的提升。Heart transplantation is an important treatment for end-stage heart disease.Patients are always associated with multiple organ dysfunction due to the cardiogenic shock.It is a great challenge for anesthetists to maintain the stability of hemodynamics and preserve the function of each organ during the surgery,which is tougher for inexperienced beginners.The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University is a tertiary class hospital,in which there are approximately 20 heart transplantations performed per year.Based on our exchange experience with residents in the standardized training of anesthesia of cardiovascular anesthesia sub-specialty in recent years,this article is intended to explore new models of anesthesia teaching and improve the comprehensive ability of residents,with the summary and analysis of pre-anesthesia evaluation and preparation,intraoperative monitoring and the perioperative anesthetic management of heart transplantation.
