摘 要:采用羧甲基壳聚糖(O-CMC)与琥珀酸酐(SAA)反应合成N-琥珀酰-O-羧甲基壳聚糖(NSOCMCS),利用FTIR对产物进行结构表征,并探讨了m(O-CMC)∶m(SAA)、反应温度及时间对产物的羧基质量分数影响,得到最佳合成条件:m(O-CMC)∶m(SAA)=1∶6,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为4 h,制得产物NSOCMCS的羧基质量分数为87.86%,同时采用NSOCMCS对丁烯醛生产废水进行絮凝研究,以COD去除率为衡量指标,通过单因素与响应曲面优化试验确定最佳絮凝条件:絮凝剂投加量为600 mg/L,絮凝体系pH=8,温度为37℃,絮凝时间为2 h,测得废水中COD去除率为58.37%,另对上清液Zeta电位观察可知,NSOCMCS絮凝机理为电中和与吸附架桥共同作用。O-Carboxymethyl chitosan(O-CMC)reacted with succinic anhydride(SAA)to synthesize N-succinyl-O-carboxymethyl chitosan(NSOCMC),then the product structure was characterized by FTIR.The effects of amounts of m(O-CMC)∶m(SAA),reaction time and temperature on the carboxyl content were discussed.The results showed that the optimum synthesis conditions were as follows:m(O-CMC)∶m(SAA)=1∶6,reaction temperature of 50℃,and reaction time of 4 h.Under these conditions,the carboxyl content of NSOCMCS were 87.86%.Meanwhile,the floccu-lation performance of NSOCMCS for the crotonaldehyde wastewater was investigated by single factor and response sur-face optimization experiment using COD removal rate as measure index.The results showed that with the condition of pH 8,NSOCMCS dosage 600 mg/L,temperature 37℃and the flocculation time 2 h,the COD removal rate of waste-water was 58.37%.The Zeta potential of the supernatant indicated that the flocculation of NSOCMCS for the crotona-ldehyde wastewater was achieved by the interaction of charge neutralization and adsorption bridging.
