摘 要:采用电絮凝-三维电极组合工艺预处理高浓度对氰基苯酚废水,结果表明,电絮凝处理过程中,在pH为8.0,电流密度为70 mA/cm^2,极板间距为1.5 cm,反应时间为30 min的优化条件下,COD、氨氮、TP的去除率分别达到了35.69%、49.9%、55.32%。电絮凝出水进入三维电极反应器,三维电极法处理过程中,在电流为8 A,pH为7.5~8.5,反应时间为120 min的优化条件下,COD、氨氮、TP的去除率分别达到了81.57%、66.63%、56.71%。经该组合工艺预处理后的高浓度对氰基苯酚废水,易降解有机物和可生物降解有机物含量大幅增加,有利于废水的后续深化处理。The combination of electrocoagulation and three-dimensional electrode was used to pretreat high-concen-tration p-cyanophenol wastewater.The results showed that the removal rates of COD,ammonia nitrogen and TP rea-ched 35.69%,49.9%and 55.32%respectively under the optimal electrocoagulation conditions of pH 8.0,current density 70 mA/cm2,plate distance 1.5 cm and reaction time 30 min.The effluent of the electrocoagulation entered the three-dimensional electrode reactor.In the process of three-dimensional electrode treatment,the removal rates of COD,ammonia nitrogen and TP reached 81.57%,66.63%and 56.71%respectively under the optimal conditions of current 8 A,pH 7.5-8.5 and reaction time 120 min.The high-concentration p-cyanophenol wastewater after pretreat-ment by this combined process has a greatly increased content of easily degradable organic matter and biodegradable organic matter,which is beneficial to the further treatment of wastewater.
