摘 要:为了节能降耗,巷道施工过程中要求快速掘进并且合理支护,对巷道支护参数进行了优化,基于巷道地质状况,顶板采用高强锚杆、梯形梁进行锚梁支护,使用锚网梁+锚索补强支护;回采巷道外段煤帮采用等强锚杆加缓冲皮垫、梯形梁、片网进行锚网梁支护,并进行了围岩变形观测。研究得出,优化后的巷道支护方案具有较好的支护效果,取得了良好的经济效益。In order to save energy and reduce consumption,the roadway construction process requires rapid excavation and reasonable supporting.In this paper,the roadway supporting parameters were optimized.Based on the geological condition of the roadway,the roof is supported by high-strength anchor rods and trapezoidal beams,and reinforced by anchor mesh beam and anchor cable;the outer coal side of mining roadway is supported by equal strength anchor bolt,cushion,trapezoidal beam and mesh mesh.Observation of surrounding rock deformation was conducted,and the study concluded that the optimized roadway support scheme had better support effect and achieved good economic benefits.
