摘 要:采用溶剂热法成功地制备出了YVO4∶Eu^3+和YVO4∶Tb^3+纳米粒子,并通过X射线衍射仪、高分辨透射电子显微镜和荧光分光光度计分别对上述纳米粒子的晶体结构、粒子大小和光致发光谱进行表征和测试。结果表明,制备出的纳米粒子均为四方锆英石结构,其平均粒子尺寸为6~8nm,其中YVO4∶Eu^3+纳米粒子具有良好的红光发射,而YVO4∶Tb^3+纳米粒子并不发光。实验还对YVO4∶Eu^3+纳米粒子的发光机理和YVO4∶Tb^3+纳米粒子不发光原因进行了分析。YVO4∶Eu^3+and YVO4∶Tb^3+nanoparticles were successfully synthesized by solvothermal method,then their crystal structure,particles size and photoluminescence were characterized and tested by X-ray diffractometer,high resolution electron microscope and fluorescence spectrophotometer.The experiment results shown that the prepared YVO4∶Eu^3+and YVO4∶Tb^3+nanoparticles were YVO4 crystal with tetragonal and Zircon structure.The average particles size of YVO4∶Eu^3+and YVO4∶Tb^3+nanoparticles was about 6~8 nm.YVO4∶Eu^3+nanoparticles had red light emitting.However,YVO4∶Tb^3+nanoparticles couldn’t give out light.The luminescence mechanism of YVO4∶Eu^3+nanoparticles and the non-luminescence reason of YVO4∶Tb^3+nanoparticles were also studied.
