摘 要:运用模板法制备介孔二氧化硅(m-SiO2),借助溶胶-凝胶法制备介孔二氧化硅载TiO2(m-SiO2-TiO2)纳米复合材料。通过透射电镜(TEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)等手段对复合材料的形貌和组成进行表征。以亚甲基蓝(MB)和罗丹明B(RhB)的脱色降解实验来表征复合材料的光催化性能,通过CFU平板计数对其抗菌性能进行研究。结果表明:m-SiO2纳米颗粒具有有序的介孔结构,二氧化钛(TiO2)为锐钛矿相;在可见光照射下,RhB的光催化降解反应遵循一级反应动力学;复合材料的光催化降解活性由复合材料的吸附能力和TiO2的光催化活性共同决定;复合材料对铜绿假单胞菌(PA)有更强的抗菌效果。Mesoporous silica(m-SiO2)was prepared by template method,and mesoporous silica-supported titania(m-SiO2-TiO2)nanocomposites were prepared by sol-gel method.The morphology and composition of the composites were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The photocatalytic properties of different TiO2 samples were characterized by decolorization degradation of methylene blue(MB)and rhodamine B(RhB).The antibacterial properties of the samples were characterized by CFU plate counting method.The results shown that m-SiO2 nanoparticles had an ordered mesoporous structure.TiO2 was supported on the surface of mSiO2 with anatase crystal form.The photocatalytic activities of m-SiO2-TiO2 were evaluated by the photocatalytic degradation of Rhodamine B.The degradation of Rhodamine B followed first-order reaction kinetics.The photocatalytic activities of the composites depended on their adsorption abilities and the activity of titania loaded into the m-SiO2 molecular sieves.Nanocomposite material had stronger antibacterial effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
