摘  要:采用高温热解法制备ZnCl2/AlCl3改性棉秆基活性炭并吸附甲基紫。探究了样品投加量、反应接触时间、甲基紫浓度、吸附温度和溶液pH对甲基紫吸附率的影响,并研究了其吸附动力学、热力学及吸附等温线模型。结果表明:甲基紫的吸附最佳条件为样品投加量40mg、反应接触时间120min、甲基紫浓度100mg/L、吸附温度25℃、溶液pH为7。吸附过程符合伪二级动力学方程和Freundlich吸附等温模型;吸附总速率由外部液膜扩散作用控制;吸附过程为吸热熵增吸附,即温度的升高有利于吸附的进行。The cotton stalk activated carbon(AC)modified by ZnCl2/AlCl3 was prepared with high temperature pyrolysis.It was used to adsorb methyl violet.Exploring the impact about adsorption rate of methyl violet:the dosage of AC,reaction time,concentration of methyl violet,temperature and pH.And exploring the sorption kinetics,the adsorption thermodynamics and the adsorption isotherms.The results showed that the optimum adsorption conditions of methyl violet by AC were as follows:AC dosage was 40 mg,the reaction time was 120 min,the concentration of methyl violet was 100 mg/L,the temperature was 25℃,and the pH was 7.The adsorption process accorded with the pseudo-second-order kinetic equation and Freundlich adsorption isotherm model,the total adsorption rate was controlled by the diffusion of external liquid membrane,and the adsorption process was endothermic entropy adsorption.
