摘 要:为了提高温再生沥青混合料性能,针对废旧基质沥青温再生后加入不同掺量的苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物(SBS)和丁苯橡胶(SBR)改性沥青进行再生研究,采用单轴贯入强度试验、弯曲蠕变试验、冻融劈裂试验和四点弯曲疲劳试验,分析其高/低温性能、水稳定性以及疲劳性能。结果表明:SBS、SBR改性沥青的加入使温再生混合料各项性能均有较好的提升;SBS掺量为5%时,混合料高温性能最好;SBR掺量为4%时,混合料低温性能最好;SBS掺量为5%时,混合料水稳定性能最好;在改性剂掺量为3%~5%的过程中,相较于基质沥青混合料疲劳性能,5%掺量的SBS改性沥青提高幅度最为显著;综合考虑各项性能建议选用改性剂掺量为5%的SBS改性沥青。In order to improve the performance of the warm recycled asphalt mixture,the waste matrix asphalt was warmly regenerated by adding different amounts of styrene-butadiene-styrene triblock copolymer(SBS)and styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR)modified asphalt for regeneration.The study used uniaxial penetration strength test,bending creep test,freeze-thaw split test and four-point bending fatigue test to analyze its high/low temperature performance,water stability and fatigue performance.The results shown that the addition of SBS and SBR modified asphalt can improve the performance of the warm recycled mixture.When the SBS content was 5%,the mixture had the best high-temperature performance.When the SBR content was 4%,the mixture had the best low-temperature performance.When the SBS content was 5%,the water stability of the mixture was the best.In the process of the modifier content of 3%~5%,compared with the fatigue performance of the matrix asphalt mixture,5%The amount of SBS modified asphalt was the most significant increase.The comprehensive consideration of various properties was recommended to choose SBS modified asphalt with a modifier content of 5%.
