摘  要:液压伺服缸运动过程中密封性能的研究,对于提高液压缸的精度有着极为重要的意义,本文将Y形密封圈作为研究对象,运用Ansys软件中的静力学分析模块,并以二项参数的Mooney-Rivlin模型对Y型密封圈的动态工作环境进行模拟与计算分析,探讨能对Y形密封圈密封性能产生影响的各种因素,研究了密封圈内外唇高度差和唇厚度对密封圈密封性能的影响。结果表明:在不考虑温度影响,以及摩擦系数和初始压缩率一定的情况下,适当增加内外唇高度差,可以提高密封圈的密封性能;增大Y形密封圈唇厚度或摩擦系数时,密封圈最大Von Mises应力会变大,从而导致密封圈寿命变短。The research on the sealing property of the servo hydraulic cylinder in reciprocating motion is of great significance for the design of high-precision hydraulic cylinders.In this paper,the Y-seal was taken as the research object.Using the static analysis module in ansys,Mooney-Rivlin model with two parameters was used to simulated and calculate the dynamic working environment of the Y-seal.The potential factors affecting the sealing property of the Y-seal were discussed.And the influence of the difference in lip height and lip thickness on the sealing property was studied in this paper.The result show that,without considering the influence of temperature,and the friction coefficient and initial compression rate are certain,properly increasing the height difference between the inner and outer lip can improve the sealing property of the seal;If increasing the lip thickness of Y-seal or friction coefficient,the life of the seal will be shortened because of the increase of maximum Von Mises stress.
