摘　　要：采用工程材料力学计算结合有限元的分析方法对三辊轧管机轧辊进行强度分析。通过分析计算结果,得出轧辊等效应力的分布规律,为轧辊结构设计优化提供依据,同时对影响轧辊强度的因素进行了分析。The mechanical calculation of engineering materials combined with finite element analysis is used to analyze the strength of the roll of three-roll pipe mill.The distribution law of the equivalent stress of the roll is obtained by analyzing the calculation results,which provides a basis for the optimization of the roll structure design.At the same time,the factors affecting the roll strength are analyzed.
