摘　　要：翻卷机是一种把钢卷由卧卷改为立卷的设备。本文介绍包装机组翻卷机的应用,对典型翻转驱动机构在使用过程中的优缺点深入分析,设计一种液压控制系统,实现翻卷机动作的稳定和精确控制,提高操作人员的工作效率。The coil-tilter is a kind of equipment which changes coil from horizontal coil to vertical coil.This paper introduces the application of coil-tilter for packing units,deeply analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the typical flip driving device in the process of use,designs a hydraulic control system,realizes the stable and accurate control of the operation for the coil-tilter,and improves the working efficiency of the operators.
