摘　　要：随着人口老龄化的加速及外科技术的不断发展,老年患者接受手术治疗的比例日益增加,但老年患者机体功能衰退,导致术前功能储备较低,被认为是术后恢复不佳的高风险人群。多模式预康复是基于加速康复外科理念的术前优化新策略,在术前对患者进行运动锻炼、营养支持、心理干预,旨在提高患者围手术期功能状态和改善预后。本文就老年手术患者预康复的核心内容及其在老年患者术前应用研究进行综述,以期为临床开展老年手术患者预康复理念实践提供理论依据。With the acceleration of population aging and the continuous development of surgical techniques,the proportion of elderly patients receiving surgical treatment is increasing.However,the decline of the body function of elderly patients leads to low preoperative functional reserves,and they are considered to be a high-risk population for poor postoperative recovery.Multi-modal pre-rehabilitation is a new preoperative optimization strategy based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)by which exercise,nutritional support,and psychological intervention are provided to patients before surgery,aiming to improve patients'perioperative functional status and prognosis.This article reviews the core content of the pre-rehabilitation of elderly surgical patients and its preoperative application research in elderly patients,in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical practice of the pre-rehabilitation concept in elderly surgical patients.
