摘 要:为了提高玉米养分吸收能力,研究以玉米品种吉农大688为材料,在田间条件下,设置常规栽培(CK)、深松+常规施肥(P1)和深松+常规施肥+有机肥(P2)3个处理,分析不同处理下玉米各器官对养分磷的吸收利用效果。结果表明:在收获期,P2处理玉米各器官的磷含量均显著高于对照和P1处理(P1处理玉米茎的磷含量除外);从玉米植株总磷含量来看,在大喇叭口期和灌浆期,均以P1处理磷含量最高,而收获期以P2处理总磷含量最高,其中收获期各处理间总磷含量差异均达显著水平。综合分析认为:深松配施有机肥可以提高玉米根系对磷的吸收,同时在生殖生长阶段加快磷元素向生殖器官的转运,提高植株对磷的吸收利用效率,有利于促进玉米的生长发育。在深松的耕种方式下配施有机肥对玉米磷吸收与利用的影响。In order to improve the nutrient absorption capacity of maize,3 treatments:conventional cultivation(CK),subsoiling+conventional cultivation(P1),and subsoiling+conventional cultivation+organic fertilizer(P2)were set under the field conditions using the maize variety Jinongda 688 as the material to study the phosphorus absorption and utilization by various organs of maize.The results showed that the phosphorus content of maize each organ in P2 treatment was significantly higher than that in CK(P<0.05)and P1(with the exception of phosphorus content in maize stem),respectively at the harvest stage;according to the total phosphorus content of maize plants of 3 treatments,P1 treatment was the highest at the big trumpet-shaped stage(from the jointing stage to tasseling stage,i.e.,vegetative and reproductive growth concurrent stage)and the filling stage,while P2 treatment was the highest at the harvest stage,and the difference of total phosphorus contents among 3 treatments reached the significant level at the harvest stage.The comprehensive analyses indicate that subsoiling combined with organic fertilizer can improve the absorption of phosphorus by maize roots,accelerate the transfer of phosphorus to reproductive organs in reproductive growth stage,improve the absorption and utilization efficiency of phosphorus by plants,and promote the growth and development of maize.
