摘　　要：地下防水工程是高层建筑工程施工的重点和难点,工程材料、设计、施工、管理等诸多因素会影响防水效果。本文就地下室防水工程的墙板渗漏水患的形成原因进行简要归类和分析,并结合实例提出治理措施。Underground waterproofing engineering is the key and difficult point in the construction of high-rise buildings, and many factors, such as engineering materials, design, construction, management and so on, affect the waterproofing effect. This paper briefly classifies and analyzes the causes of wallboard leakage in basement waterproofing engineering, and puts forward some control measures with practical examples.
