摘 要:桃巴高速米仓山隧道中部的隧道竖井底部为深25米的蓄水区域,空气湿度90%。潮湿且粉尘颗粒量较大的空气被送入轴流风机安装洞室及变配电设备间,粉尘颗粒物极易粘附在电气设备表面及控制线路板上,导致设备污染腐蚀,易引发电气故障;同时,粉尘颗粒物易被工作人员吸入体内,引发呼吸系统疾病,潮湿环境也让工作人员易患关节炎、风湿病等。通过实施除湿新风换气系统,很好地解决了上述问题。The bottom of the tunnel shaft in the middle of Micangshan tunnel on Taoba expressway is a water storage area with a depth of 25 meters, and the air humidity is up to 90%. The humid air with large amount of dust particles is sent into the installation chamber of axial flow fan and the room of power transformation and distribution equipment. Dust particles are easy to adhere to the surface of electrical equipment and control circuit board, resulting in equipment pollution and corrosion and causing electrical failure. At the same time, dust particles are easy to be inhaled by workers, causing respiratory diseases, and humid environment also makes staff vulnerable to arthritis, rheumatism, etc. Through the implementation of dehumidification fresh air ventilation system, the above problems are well solved.
