摘　　要：随着高校信息化建设的不断发展,信息化技术全面融入教育教学、管理和生活服务,为教育事业的发展提供了强大的助力,但同时也对信息化运维服务提出了更高的要求。通过分析广州番禺职业技术学院在信息化运维服务工作中遇到的问题以及通过运维外包解决问题的实践,提出了以信息化主管部门为主导、结合运维外包的服务模式,来提升高校信息化运维服务能力。With the continuous development of university information construction,information technology has been integrated into education,teaching,management and life services,it provides a strong boost to the development of education,and also puts forward higher requirements for information operation and maintenance services at the same time.Through the analysis of the problems encountered in the informatization operation and maintenance service work of Guangzhou Panyu Polytechnic and the practice of solving the problems through the operation and maintenance outsourcing,this paper puts forward a service mode led by the information competent department and combined with the operation and maintenance outsourcing,so as to improve the information operation and maintenance service ability of colleges and universities.
