推进包装与食品机械行业计量器具自愿性认证工作的探讨

摘　　要：随着经济社会发展和政府管理体制深化改革,计量器具监管形势日益复杂,传统的监管手段难以有效满足当前监管需求,急需开展计量器具监管方式创新。为此,本文希望将市场化、国际化的产品自愿性认证手段引入计量器具监管工作中,希望以此推进计量器具监管方式从行政许可向认证认可过渡,为建立计量器具长效监管机制提供一个新的思路。With the development of economy and society and the deepening of government management system reform,the situation of measuring instrument supervision is becoming more and more complex.The traditional supervision methods are difficult to effectively meet the current supervision needs,and there is an urgent need to carry out innovations in the supervision ways of measuring instruments.Therefore,this paper hopes to introduce the market-oriented and international product voluntary certification means into the measuring instruments supervision work,and to promote the transition of measuring instruments supervision from administrative licensing to certification and accreditation,so as to provide a new idea for establishing a long-term supervision mechanism of measuring instruments.
