摘  要:首先,本文基于1∶10 000和1∶50 000基础比例尺数据库生产和使用过程中遇到的问题,提出了数据库一体化融合的设想,同时,从4个方面阐述数据库一体化融合的必要性;然后,通过《基础地理信息1∶10 000地形要素数据规范》和《基础地理信息1∶50 000地形要素数据规范》(简称《数据规范》)的对比分析,从数据建库的8个方面的要求,论述数据库一体化融合的可行性;最后,从基础测绘体系化建设的角度,包括境外地理信息数据生产等6个方面,提出下一步研究的方向和思路。在论述数据库一体化融合可行性的过程中,详细对比两种比例尺数据规范的异同点,总结了一体化融合的难点和关键点,为两种比例尺数据库的融合提供了有力的理论支持,为基于多种国家基本比例尺地形图数据库一体化融合提供了先验性基础。First of all,based on the problems encountered in the production and use of the 1 ∶10 000 and 1 ∶50 000 basic scale databases,this paper proposes the idea of database integration and fusion. At the same time,it expounds the necessity of database integration and fusion from four aspects. Through the comparative analysis of"Fundamental geographic information specifications for 1 ∶10 000 topographic data"and "Fundamental geographic information specifications for 1 ∶ 50 000 topographic data"( hereinafter referred to as"Data Specification"),this paper then discusses the feasibility of database integration and fusion from eight aspects of the requirements of database construction. Finally,from the perspective of systematic construction of basic surveying and mapping,including six aspects of overseas geographic information data production,the direction and ideas for further research are introduced. In the process of discussing the feasibility of the integration of databases,the similarities and differences between the two scale"Data Specification"are compared in detail,and the difficulties and key points of integration are summarized,which provides strong theoretical support for the integration of the two scale databases and a priori basis for the integration of topographic map databases based on various national basic scales.
