帕瑞昔布钠超前镇痛对缓解经尿道输尿管支架置入术疼痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察帕瑞昔布钠超前镇痛缓解经尿道输尿管支架管置入术疼痛的临床效果。方法选择经尿道输尿管支架置入术患者60例,随机分为对照组和实验组,其中实验组术前30 min给予帕瑞昔布钠40 mg肌内注射+术前5 min利多卡因尿道粘膜麻醉;对照组术前5 min予利多卡因尿道粘膜麻醉。对比两组患者疼痛程度、手术时间及相关并发症发生情况。结果实验组患者术中及术后2 h疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),术后24 h两组患者疼痛无明显差异。两组手术时间、相关并发症等发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论帕瑞昔布钠超前镇痛用于经尿道输尿管支架置入术,可有效降低患者的疼痛感,安全性高。Objective To observe the preemptive analgesia efficacy of parecoxib sodium in clinic application of ret⁃rograde ureteral stent placement operation.Methods 60 patients who accepted retrograde ureteral stent placement operation in our hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were enrolled.They were divided randomly into two groups:control group and experimental group.For control group,10 ml(2%)lidocaine was used as surface anesthesia of urethra 5 minutes before the operation.For experimental group,intramuscular injection of 40 mg parecoxib sodium and 10 ml sterile saline was given 30 min before the operation and 10 ml(2%)lidocaine was used as surface anesthesia of urethra 5 minutes before the operation.We recorded the visual analog scale(VAS)score checked by their own pain in the operation and 2h,24h after the operation.The operation time and obvi⁃ous adverse reactions were also observed.Results Compared with control group,the application of parecoxib so⁃dium can decrease VAS score of patients who accepted retrograde ureteral stent placement in operation and 2h af⁃ter operation(P<0.05).The ratio of pain in the urethra at 24h after operation were similar for experimental group and control group.Moreover,no significant difference was observed on operation time and adverse reac⁃tions between experimental group and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of parecoxib sodium in retrograde ureteral stent placement operation can decrease VAS score of patients and reduce pain,which can improve the satisfaction of patients.
