摘 要:采用红外高透过水性聚氨酯树脂,选用硅烷偶联剂改性复合填料(铝和银包铜粉)作为红外低发射率填料,并以钴绿、黄颜料、永固红和永固紫为着色颜料,制备了高发射率深绿色、中发射率黄绿色和低发射率黄土色涂料,并采用刮涂工艺把它们涂覆于涤纶织物上,制得伪装隐身涂层织物。通过光谱反射率测试仪、双波段发射率测量仪、光泽度仪等对涂层织物的光学、红外以及综合性能进行表征。结果表明,3种颜色涂层织物的光学特征符合GJB 1082–1991《伪装网用颜色》的要求,红外发射率梯度大于0.13,实现了热图分割效果,且各项理化性能均能达到实用要求。A high-emissivity dark green paint,a medium-emissivity yellow green paint,and a low-emissivity khaki paint were prepared based on high-infrared-transmittance waterborne polyurethane resin with silane coupling agent-modified composite fillers(aluminum and silver-coated copper powder)for achieving infrared low-emissivity and cobalt green,yellow pigment,permanent red,and permanent purple for coloring,and then coated on polyester fabrics using a blade coating machine,forming camouflage/stealth coated fabrics.The optical,infrared,and comprehensive properties of the coated fabrics were characterized by spectral reflectometer,dual-band emissivity tester,and gloss meter.The results showed that:the optical characteristics of the three color coated fabrics meet the requirements of GJB 1082-1991 Color for Camouflage Net;their infrared emissivity gradient is greater than 0.13,achieving the partition effectiveness of infrared map;and their physicochemical properties meet the requirements of practical application.
