全民健身战略视域下科学健身示范区服务模式的实证研究

摘　　要：促进群众体育科学健身服务体系的不断完善是落实全民健身战略、发展体育产业、促进体育消费的重要举措。选取国家体育总局科学健身示范区试点单位作为研究对象,运用理论研究和实证研究相结合的方法,对其进行实证研究。认为科学健身示范区可复制、可推广的目标的实现,必须在坚持政府主导下,通过引入市场机制、“互联网+”的手段,结合高等院校智力资源的优势,采用政府购买服务、托管、PPP等手段,将公共服务、准公共服务和市场服务有机结合。Promoting the continuous improvement of social sports fitness service is the important measure to carry out the strategy of the national fitness,to develop sports industry,to promote the sports consumption.This study selected Scientific Fitness Demonstration Zones of the State General Administration of Sports as the research objects.Through theoretical research and empirical research,it is believed that the sustainable development of social sports fitness must adhere to the leading of the government,introduce market mechanism and Internet+,take use of the advantages of scientific research institutes,adopt the means of government purchasing public service,custody and leasing so that public service,quasi-public service and market service are combined to meet diversified needs of the residents effectively.
