卫星遥感在海南气象服务中的应用进展

摘　　要：总结了海南省气象局卫星遥感业务的发展历程,在天气预报、气象灾害监测评估、生态文明建设气象保障等领域应用取得的成绩,并分析了工作中存在的不足。未来将依照中国气象局气象卫星应用发展专项规划,建立功能完善、特色突出的省级遥感综合应用体系,重点提高微波遥感在海洋气象业务中的应用能力,增强风暴潮、海洋水色等海洋气象灾害和生态环境监测服务能力,为海南落实全面深化改革开放,“三区一中心”建设气象保障工作提供遥感支撑。This paper summarizes the development history of satellite remote sensing application of Hainan Provincial Meteorological Bureau,introduces the achievements in the application of weather forecast,meteorological disaster monitoring and assessment,ecological civilization construction and meteorological guarantee,and analyzes the shortcomings in the work.In the future,according to the special plan for the application and development of meteorological satellites of the China Meteorological Administration,a comprehensive application system of remote sensing at the provincial level with perfect functions and outstanding features will be established to improve the application capacity of microwave remote sensing in the marine meteorological business,to enhance the service capacity of monitoring the marine meteorological disasters and ecological environment,such as storm surge and ocean water color,to provide remote sensing support for the implementation of comprehensive deepening reform and opening up and the construction of“three areas and one center”in Hainan.
