摘  要:文章对包钢3#高炉热风炉风温严重不足,热风炉凉炉更换格子砖工作进行了总结。凉炉前准备工作充分、凉炉设备安装顺利,工艺选择正确,整个凉炉过程历时38天,将1#热风炉由800℃降至50℃以下,凉炉较为成功。为今后包钢硅砖热风炉的凉炉提供了参考和理论依据。The blast temperature of hot blast stove of 3#blast furnace of Baotou Steel is seriously insufficient,so the checker brick needs be replaced when cooling hot blast stove.The job is summarized in this paper.The preparatory work before cooling hot blast stove is sufficient,installation of equipment for cooling hot blast stove is smooth and process selection is correct,the whole cooling process lasts for 38 days.As a result,it is successful since the temperature of 1#hot blast stove decreases from 800℃to below 50℃,which provides references and theoretical basis for cooling hot blast stove of silica brick of Baotou Steel in the future.
