包钢烧结配加W粉矿试验研究

摘  要:文章主要阐述了W粉矿在包钢烧结铁料条件下的试验研究。研究结果表明,用W粉矿替代F粉矿有利于提高烧结矿品位,降低烧结矿有害成分P、Al 2O 3的含量;有利于提高烧结成品率,降低燃耗及提高烧结矿的转鼓强度,改善其还原性。但由于W粉矿粒度比F粉矿粗,会使烧结过程垂速升高,烧成率降低,为了稳定垂直烧结速度,需适当降低混合料水分。In this paper,it is mainly elaborated the experimental study of W ore fines with the condition of sintering iron charge of Baotou Steel.The results showed that it was beneficial for increasing grade of sinter,reducing content of harmful ingredients,P and Al 2O 3,increasing sinter product ratio,reducing fuel consumption and increasing drum strength of sinter so that its reducibility is improved by replacing F ore fines with W ore fines.However,because the particle size of W ore fines is larger than that of F ore fines,the vertical sintering speed will increase and the sintering rate will decrease.The moisture of mixture needs to be reduced to stabilize the vertical sintering speed.
