摘  要:为改善产品质量,包钢对70高碳钢炼钢工艺进行了优化改进,结果表明:工艺优化后,铸坯质量显著改善,中心裂纹、中心疏松、非金属夹杂物缺陷级别均不超过0.5级,柱状晶比例较小,组织结构致密;有效地降低了70钢铸坯中心碳元素的富集和偏析,中心碳偏析指数由1.10降至1.03,铸坯未见大颗粒非金属夹杂物;改善后,盘条拉拔断裂得到有效抑制,拉拔性能显著改善。In order to improve product quality,the steel-making process of 70 high carbon steel is optimized and improved by Baotou Steel.The results showed that the slab quality was significantly improved,levels of centre burst,center porosity and defect of non-metallic inclusions were all not over grade 0.5,proportion of columnar crystal was smaller and its texture was dense;the enrichment and segregation of carbon element in the center of casting blank of 70 steel were effectively reduced,central carbon segregation index decreased from 1.10 to 1.03 and no large-grained non-metallic inclusions were found in casting blank after the process optimization;the drawing fracture of wire rod was effectively suppressed and drawing property was significantly improved after the improvement.
