摘　　要：为了提高包钢低合金高强度热轧H型钢产品的性能,降低生产成本,增强产品的竞争力,提高企业的经济效益和生产效率,文章对包钢生产的低合金高强度H型钢的生产工艺、组织、性能等特点进行了分析。通过以铌替代钒同时降低Mn的合金设计思想,达到降低钢中合金含量、增加产品利润的目的,并保证了低合金高强度H型钢力学性能符合产品标准。In order to improve the performances of low-alloy high-strength hot rolled H beam product of Baotou Steel,reduce its production costs,enhance its product competitiveness as well as improve the economic benefits and production efficiency of enterprise,its characteristics such as the production technology,microstructure and performance are analyzed in this paper.The cost of alloy in steel is reduced and product profit is increased through the design idea of replacing vanadium with niobium and reducing Mn so that its mechanical properties are ensured to meet product standards.
